Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or digital products, may not be eligible for returns.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer replacements for the same product.
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear images of the issue.
Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
- If a refund request does not meet our policy criteria, it may be denied.
