We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Also please be aware that some of the images of our product contents are used to show customers the type of item they will be receiving inside their products and not necessarily the exact gift contents of the products. Our Product Descriptions will inform you if the contents of our items may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this the case please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type and value, as we are always adding new and interesting items to our products lines.

Buyuniversal is unable to provide printed invoices because each individual sells, processes and ships their orders directly.

If you placed your order using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, you can print off your “Buyuniversal Sales Order xxxxxxxx: Confirmed” email as a receipt. If you selected another payment method, please contact the directly with your request.

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small. There are so many other reasons why a product is out of stock for an extended period of time:

• The product or brand is being re-designed
• The manufacturer is on vacation/holiday
• The product is being reformulated
• The product has been recalled
• The manufacturer is busy or overwhelmed
• We are waiting to sell through more product before placing a new order
• The manufacturer has discontinued selling to distributors

• Delivery takes 2 – 5 working days.
• For any invoice a delivery rate of Rs.250 will be charged.
