  • To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition<\/strong> as received.<\/li>\n
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or digital products<\/strong>, may not be eligible for returns.<\/li>\n
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
